Policy regarding Shipping of Custom Made Products
Please note that the shipping selected, and estimated shipping times provided, accounts only for the time between when the product reaches us and we ship it to you. Custom made products are not available for overnight shipping - typically, custom made products arrive to us four to eight weeks after the order has been placed. The shipping provided by the Scottish Trading Company (such as 2-day, overnight) starts when we receive the product from our manufacturers. If you have special concerns or need expedited service, please call our helpful customer service at 1-877-224-8299 for more information.Custom items with wait times can not be canceled after 72 hours of the initial order.

All new and unused items returned with tags still attached within 30 days are refundable for retail price paid. We are sorry but shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that all custom tailored items have a separate return policy see below:

On the extremely rare case that a custom tailored item is improperly created to your measurements, there is no restocking fee when returning the product,but must be returned within 30 days.
